Job summary

OCBC Malaysia seeks a self-motivated professional to grow our Premier Banking customer base. You will provide tailored financial solutions, engage in sales events, and ensure outstanding service at every touchpoint to strengthen long-term customer relationships.

The role requires a degree, 3–5 years in sales/relationships, and possession of licenses. A valid driver's license and own transport are preferred to meet client-site meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; strong interest in financial planning and sales environment.
• 3–5 years’ sales and client relationship experience.
• Must possess licenses (e.g., PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; capable of delivering high-quality customer service.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand Premier Franchise through marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate in and execute events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking direction.
• Deliver excellent customer experience at all touchpoints with Premier Banking customers: cared for, excellent, enhanced value.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers via timely follow-ups and proactive service.
• Proactively engage Premier Banking customers to maintain high satisfaction.
