Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Premier Banking Associate to provide tailored financial solutions and grow the Premier Franchise. You will plan and execute sales activities, build relationships with high-net-worth clients, and deliver exceptional service across all touchpoints.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of sales and client relationship experience, and relevant licenses. A valid driving license and own transport are preferred, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Interest in financial planning and sales in a banking environment.
• 3–5 years’ sales and client relationship experience.
• Possess licenses (PCE, CEILI, FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• To provide financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and grow the Premier Franchise.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute sales events aligned with Premier Banking direction and related sales initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer experience at all touchpoints and build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers.
