Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Premier Banking sales professional to provide tailored financial solutions to high net worth, premier and emerging affluent clients and to expand the Premier Franchise through proactive marketing initiatives.

As part of the Group Consumer Financial Services division, you will deliver excellent customer service, build lasting relationships and ensure compliance across all activities while thriving in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong interest in financial planning, investment and a sales-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide appropriate financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and help grow the Premier Franchise through various marketing initiatives.
• Plan, organize, participate and execute events and sales activities aligned with the Premier Banking business direction and related initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touchpoints with emphasis on care, value and service.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-ups and anticipation of customers’ needs.
• Adhere to all related policies, regulatory risk and compliance requirements; ensure accurate and timely documentation.
