Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a proactive Premier Banking associate to provide financial solutions for Premier clients. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored investment guidance in a sales-driven environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of sales/relationship experience, and hold licenses PCE, CEILI and FIMM; IPPC is an added advantage. Driving license and own transport are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited university.
• Strong interest in financial planning and investments; sales-driven environment.
• 3–5 years’ sales and client relationship experience.
• Must hold licenses: PCE, CEILI, and FIMM; IPPC is a plus.
• Valid driving license and own transport.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to Premier Banking customers.
• Plan, organize and execute events and sales activities for Premier Banking.
• Deliver excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Build sustainable relationships through timely follow-ups.
