Job summary

OCBC is seeking a results-driven professional in Malaysia to support Premier Banking customers. You will drive sales initiatives, build lasting client relationships and deliver high-quality service across touchpoints, while adhering to compliance requirements and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes financial planning interest, licenses (PCE, CEILI, FIMM) with IPPC as a plus, and a valid driving license. A degree in any field is preferred, with 3–5 years in sales and client management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Strong interest in financial planning and a sales-driven environment.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales and client relationships.
• Possess the required licenses (PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.
• Possess a valid driving license & own transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand the Premier Franchise via marketing initiatives.
• Plan, run and participate in events and sales activities aligned with Premier Banking goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience at all touchpoints through caring, value and enhanced service.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow-ups and proactive needs identification.
• Ensure compliance with policies and timely submission of regulatory reports.
