OCBC Bank Malaysia seeks a dynamic Premier Banking professional to join our Consumer Financial Services team. You will engage high net worth clients, plan and execute sales activities, and deliver tailored financial solutions with excellence.

In this role you will build lasting relationships, follow up with clients, and comply with regulatory requirements while maintaining service standards across touchpoints. A sales-driven mindset and relevant licenses are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university / college.
• 3–5 years’ sales and client relationship experience.
• Possess required licenses (PCE, CEILI & FIMM); IPPC will be an added advantage.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver high quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide Premier Banking solutions to Premier Banking customers and expand the Premier Franchise via various marketing initiatives.
• Plan, participate and execute events and sales activities in line with Premier Banking direction and related initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer experience to Premier Banking customers at all touchpoints.
• Build sustainable relationships with Premier Banking customers through timely follow‑ups and anticipating needs.
• Proactively engage Premier Banking customers to achieve continuous customer satisfaction.
