HSBC Holdings plc in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Premier Manager, KL Main (Menara IQ) to lead a team of relationship managers delivering premium banking services to high-net-worth clients. You will deepen client relationships, drive revenue growth, and tailor wealth solutions for affluent individuals and families.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, governance, and achieving Wealth Management targets within an inclusive, compliant environment.

Qualifications

At least 6 to 9 years in a sales leadership role managing wealth sales teams.
Proven track record of managing a large and complex relationship portfolio.
Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Conversant in Shariah knowledge and competency.
Independent decision-making with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage the Premier Sales team to deliver Wealth Management targets.
Develop action plans to acquire Premier and Premier Elite customers and grow assets under management.
Identify cross-sell opportunities to expand client portfolios.
Ensure adherence to Shariah-compliant sales and service standards and regulatory requirements.
Uphold data quality, risk controls, and customer confidentiality.
