Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Premier Relationship Banker in Malaysia to manage and grow Premier client relationships within the International Wealth and Premier Banking team. You will drive revenue and assets under management through holistic financial planning and needs-based selling, while coordinating with Mortgage Arrangers for mortgage referrals and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in relationship management of high net worth clients.
Diploma or degree qualification is required.
Licences in wealth and investment products (PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC) are required.
Strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
Sales-oriented with a drive to produce results.
Excellent influencing, networking and portfolio management skills.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers’ relationships.
Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
Deliver high sales and services of HSBC retail products via needs-based selling.
Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
Ensure best-practice wealth sales are referred to peers and others.
Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines at all times.
