Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a proactive Sales professional to plan and execute sales strategies for prospective customers sourced from LMS and self-generated leads. The role includes collaboration with PBC/branch/region teams and delivering investment advisory services to grow AUM.

You will conduct portfolio reviews, identify cross-selling opportunities, and maintain ongoing customer engagement while ensuring compliance with bank policies and ethics.

Qualifications

• Degree holder.
• CFP with valid licenses (FIMM, PCE, CEILI, IPPC).
• Min. 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in wealth management.
• Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Possess all relevant licenses required for the portfolio.
• Strong sales and results-oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers sourced from LMS and self-generated leads.
• Actively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC/branch/region levels on sales activities and campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
• Provide investment and wealth advisory services to customers, including portfolio management support.
• Conduct periodic reviews of customers’ investment portfolios to grow AUM.
• Identify and plan cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase customers’ PHR and overall revenue.
• Arrange appointments, conduct sales visitations, prospecting, and maintain ongoing customer engagement.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate referrals.
• Work closely with the Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
• Prepare sales performance reports and competitor analysis for management review.
• Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and sales code of ethics.
