Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a results‑driven Personal Banking Sales specialist to deliver excellent service to affluent PB customers while identifying cross‑sell opportunities.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Branch Operations and Lending Hubs to stay updated on products, grow AUM, and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive service and timely follow‑ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in any field, e.g. Banking, Finance or Business.
• Experience in sales or sales management is preferred.
• Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese is required.
• Strong planning, organization and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Focus on excellent personalized service to PB customers and resolve problems within specified TAT.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities and expand customer base and investments.
• Grow AUM (CASA, Fixed Deposits) and acquire new customers through referrals.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management Office, Branch Operations and Lending Hubs on product updates.
• Cross-sell products and promote bundles to increase revenue and share of wallet.
• Maintain accurate information and contribute to sales reports; ensure compliance.
