Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia seeks a dynamic wealth sales professional to drive new business and deepen client relationships. You will execute proactive sales plans, collaborate with branch and regional teams, and provide investment advisory services to build AUM.

Regularly review portfolios, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain strong customer engagement. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant licenses (FIMM, PCE, CEILI, IPPC) with at least two years of wealth sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Licenses such as FIMM, PCE, CEILI, or IPPC are required.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in wealth or bancassurance products.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute sales plans for leads and self-generated opportunities.
Collaborate with PBC/branch/region teams on campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
Provide investment and wealth advisory services and portfolio support.
Conduct periodic reviews to grow Assets Under Management (AUM).
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
Arrange appointments, conduct visits, prospect, and maintain engagement.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships.
Work with Centre Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Heads on promotions.
Prepare sales performance reports and competitor analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and ethics.
