Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a meticulous technician to assemble product component parts according to SOPs and drawings. You will solder electronic components onto PCBs, prepare equipment, and inspect results to ensure defect-free assemblies.

The role requires following product specifications, reporting findings to QC, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Responsibilities include recording soldering outcomes and ensuring compliance with quality standards, with emphasis on accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Experience reading product specifications and assembly sequences.
• Ability to assemble components accurately and identify defects.
• Record soldering results and report to QC or supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product component parts according to work instructions, drawings, or SOPs.
• Solder electronic components onto PCBs according to standards and work drawings.
• Prepare soldering equipment and ensure it is in good condition and safe to use.
• Inspect soldering results for cold joints, shorts, or defects.
• Record soldering results and report to supervisor or QC department.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and segregate defective items.
• Notify supervisors if recurring or high-risk defects.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area.
