Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, equivalent qualification, or vocational technical training.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands for handling small parts.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
• Technical Skills: Experience with basic tools, calipers, micrometres, or digital gauges.
• Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Products: Align and fit parts together using hand tools, power tools, or light machinery.
• Read Schematics: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or manual instructions for exact placement.
• Inspect Quality: Examine components and finished products to identify defects and ensure standards.
• Maintain Safety: Follow all workplace safety rules, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record Production: Log completed units, track material use, and report machine malfunctions immediately.
• Keep Order: Clean workstations and organize inventory tools to maintain an efficient workflow.
