The Assembler manually builds products, parts, or sub-assemblies. The role requires following specific technical drawings, using specialized tools, and performing strict quality checks. The primary goal is to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient manufacturing outputs.
Assemble Products: Align and fit parts together using hand tools, power tools, or light machinery.
Read Schematics: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or manual instructions for exact placement.
Inspect Quality: Examine components and finished products to identify defects and ensure standards.
Maintain Safety: Follow all workplace safety rules, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
Record Production: Log completed units, track material use, and report machine malfunctions immediately.
Keep Order: Clean workstations and organize inventory tools to maintain an efficient workflow.
Education: High school diploma, equivalent qualification, or vocational technical training.
Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and steady hands for handling small parts.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 kg.
Technical Skills: Experience with basic tools, calipers, micrometres, or digital gauges.
