Job summary

Triple Access Sdn Bhd is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Specialist to bridge technical expertise with customer needs in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will analyze client requirements, design tailored demonstrations, and deliver value-driven solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pre-sales or related roles, with strong communication, proposal development, and travel readiness for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, technical sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven experience in conducting customer needs analysis, developing solution designs, and preparing technical proposals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and business needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
• Design and deliver customized product demonstrations to illustrate how Company's solutions address each customer's unique business needs and challenges.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and supporting documentation to drive successful sales opportunities.
• Develop solution layouts, system designs, and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and proof-of-concept plans as needed.
• Respond to technical questions and concerns raised by prospects during the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions to implementation teams.
• Stay current with industry developments, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to our solutions.
