Job summary

Netpoleon in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic professional to drive technical pre-sales activities. You will present product technology, conduct solution demos, and enable partners and end users.

You will obtain product certifications and run PoCs to support sales, while collaborating with the sales team on strategic accounts. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and flexibility to work after hours and occasionally on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales or field engineering preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Present products’ technical presentations to customers.
• Conduct solution demos to customers.
• Conduct enablement sessions to partners/end users/internal employees.
• Obtain technical certification for products distributed by the company.
• Perform Proof of Concepts (POC) to customers to secure sales.
• Work closely with Sales to manage a few strategic accounts.
• Assist the sales team with qualifying opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, develop the solution proposal and BOM sizing.
• Support Sales in the sales process: product clarifications, implementation considerations, tender compliance.
• Assist the sales/marketing team to organize workshops or events.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment; occasional after-hours work.
