Job summary

Borderless Talent Solutions Recruitment Limited seeks a proactive Tendering & Sales Support Engineer to assist in tender submissions, customer coordination and project execution within the power distribution sector.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, sales and factory teams, handling RFQs, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining strong documentation and stakeholder communication. English and Malay fluency is essential, with MS Office skills a must.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams to deliver tender submissions.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, inquiries, and tender requirements from customers.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, tenders, and supporting documents.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project progress with customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, factory and internal teams for timely execution.
• Support PO processing and order fulfilment activities.
• Track project status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of tenders, quotations, inquiries and project activities.
• Monitor opportunities and support sales pipeline reporting.
• Communicate customer requirements across departments.
