Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in service sales, service marketing, product management, offering management or business development.
• 5+ years in team management.
• Experience in electrical power systems, switchgear, transformer, and power distribution.
• Proven track record developing and commercializing service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the service offering portfolio across the lifecycle.
• Create new service solutions based on customer requirements, market trends, and installed base.
• Develop offerings such as spare-parts support, upgrades, modernization, remote monitoring and lifecycle service agreements.
• Establish clear value propositions and competitive differentiation.
• Manage the offering lifecycle from development to retirement, ensuring viability and scalability.
• Collaborate with finance/ops to optimize costs and governance around pricing and discounts.
• Lead service sales to identify opportunities, prepare tools, and train teams.
• Drive renewals, upgrades, cross-selling and multi-year contract coverage.
• Communicate business value and support strategic customer engagements.
• Implement process-based QMS and foster continuous improvement in offerings.
