Talent Recruit is seeking a Production Test Engineer in Ipoh, Malaysia to support production testing of IC hardware and power devices. The role involves collaboration with subcontractor factories and internal teams to improve test processes, ensure quality, and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IC hardware or power IC testing, a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, and proficiency in C programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in IC hardware or power IC testing.
• Solid knowledge of analog/digital circuits and C programming.
• Willing to travel to China and global subcontractor sites.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot test issues at subcontractor sites.
• Transfer test solutions/processes to subcontractor factories.
• Support capacity expansion and testing improvement.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
• Collaborate on efficiency and cost-saving projects.
• Maintain test hardware and software with internal teams.
