Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in production of integrated circuits.
• Experience with Teradyne J750, uFlex, or Advantest 93k.
• Experience with test development software such as C++, VB, Java, Python.
• Expertise with test methodologies and circuit design.
• Knowledge of PCB schematic entry and layout tools (Allegro, OrCad, Altium).
• Familiarity with bench test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMM).

Responsibilities

• Defining test, evaluation, and characterization solutions for new products.
• Develop ATE Test Solutions for automated production testing of ICs.
• Designing ATE hardware and test fixtures.
• Collaborating with Design Engineering, PTE-Lab, Logistics, and Manufacturing to ensure full tests.
• Working with offshore manufacturing sites and test development vendors.
• Analyzing test data, reporting results, and recommending improvements to quality.
