Job summary

A leading semiconductor manufacturer is looking for a Staff Engineer, Product & Test Engineer based in Melaka, Malaysia. The role involves monitoring product health, driving improvement projects, and supporting product transfer and introduction. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of hands-on experience with Power Discrete and/or Power Management IC. Candidates must also hold a degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years in product or test hands-on experience on Power Discrete and/or Power Management IC.
• Proficiency in English Language is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for products health monitoring of Vishay Production Assembly & Test.
• Drive improvement projects to support Product KPI such as Quality and Yield.
• Support product transfer and new product introduction from definition to release phases.
