Job summary

Intel Corporation in Penang is seeking an experienced Power Delivery Engineer for the E-core CPU Team. You will drive PDN design, verification, and IR/EM sign-off to enable robust power delivery for next‑generation cores.

This cross‑functional role collaborates with power management, layout, RTL, SD and packaging teams. A background of 5+ years in CMOS/SoC/CPU design and strong problem‑solving and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in Physical Design, SoC Design or CPU Design.
• CMOS circuit design and power/performance/area trade-offs.
• VLSI experience

Responsibilities

• Feasibility study, design/verification/simulation of PDN and sign off of IR/EM metrics.
• Define and implement power gating with PM architects and layout team.
• Converge the design on PDN metrics with RTL, SD and circuit teams.
• Define bump patterns and on-die power grid.
• Collaborate with package integration to meet IP system specs.
• Triage, debug and fix PDN issues with post-Silicon team.
