Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with hands-on PI experience via internships, projects, or coursework.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with no professional experience is acceptable.
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence Sigrity or Synopsys HSPICE.
• Strong understanding of platform-level power delivery and VR performance characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver power integrity solutions for high-speed platforms, boards, packages, and silicon.
• Develop and analyze power delivery networks using 2D/3D model extraction and noise analysis.
• Define power grid specifications balancing integrity, performance, and area.
• Design test structures, perform electrical analysis, and verify nets against pre-silicon estimations.
• Apply PI design expertise to guide physical implementation for packages and platforms.
• Develop platform-level power shapes and decoupling solutions for end customers.
• Derive platform-level specifications from silicon requirements for convergence on voltage regulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize PI across silicon, package, and platform integration.
