Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia (Penang) seeks an experienced Power Delivery Engineer to bridge circuit design and physical integration for robust PDN solutions in next‑gen CPU cores. You will work with power management architects, layout, RTL, SD and circuit teams to converge PDN metrics, implement power gating, and ensure IP system meets design specifications.

Hybrid work model available in Malaysia. Required 5+ years of relevant experience; BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering with CMOS,

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Physical Design, SoC/CPU design, CMOS circuit design.
• Digital logic and optimization, VLSI experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform feasibility study, design/verification/simulation of PDN and IR/EM metrics.
• Define and implement power gating solutions with PMA and layout teams.
• Converge PDN metrics with RTL, SD and circuit teams.
• Define bump patterns and on-die power grid.
• Coordinate with package integration to meet IP specifications.
• Triages and fixes PDN issues with post-Silicon debug team.
