Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Automate in a support and development capacity.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft 365 services.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and maintain existing Power Automate workflows for customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve workflow errors, performance issues, and integration problems.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
