Job summary

Qualifications

This role involves developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Power Apps, designing and implementing workflow automation with Microsoft Power Automate, and supporting SharePoint Online configurations. You will assist in developing AI-powered workflows and business process automation, provide technical support to business departments on digitalisation initiatives, and support ERP and accounting software applications. You will work with users to understand business requirements and translate them into practical IT solutions, while performing application testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps

Design, implement, and maintain workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate

Support and manage SharePoint Online, including lists, document libraries, permissions, and related configurations

Assist in developing and enhancing AI-powered workflows and business process automation

Provide technical support and advice to business departments on digitalisation and process improvement initiatives

Support ERP and accounting software applications, including troubleshooting, user support, and system enhancement

Work with users to understand business requirements and translate them into practical IT solutions

Perform application testing, documentation, deployment, and ongoing support

About you

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification

0-2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, ERP systems, accounting software, or related applications

Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, and SharePoint Online

Basic understanding of workflow automation, application development, and business process improvement

Strong interest in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and skills development

Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users from different business functions and in an international working environment
