Job summary

Farmiera Group of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a Poultry Farm Executive or Supervisor (Breeder or Broiler) to lead farm operations, optimize weight gain and feed conversion, and manage daily routines for broiler flocks.

You will train staff, ensure biosecurity and safety standards, coordinate with veterinary teams, and maintain records of production, costs, and performance. Minimum of 2 years in breeder or broiler farm management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of breeder/broiler farm management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage broiler farm operations to achieve weight and feed conversion efficiency targets.
• Oversee daily feeding, watering, and litter management for broiler flocks.
• Conduct regular checks on bird health and performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Plan chick placement schedules, grow-out cycles, and market weights.

• Must have completed at least 7 broiler cycles.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal farm performance, managing resources, and leading a team to maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage broiler farm operations to achieve weight and feed conversion efficiency targets.
• Oversee daily feeding, watering, and litter management for broiler flocks.
• Conduct regular checks on bird health and performance, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Plan and manage chick placement schedules, grow-out cycles, and market weights.

General Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor farm equipment and facilities, ensuring timely maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in breeder or broiler farm management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of poultry health, nutrition, and production systems.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.
