WACKER in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Manager (Polymers, Building & Infrastructure) to own regional accounts, develop new customers, and drive targets in Malaysia. You will maintain relationships, provide technical sales support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using CRM and analytics tools to forecast and plan.

A degree in chemistry/engineering and 5+ years of B2B sales with travel are required.

Qualificações

• BSc in chemistry/engineering or related courses.
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction/coatings.
• Proven track record of securing and developing business.
• Technical chemical knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Strong data-driven analysis and decision-making.
• Self-motivated, confident and team-focused.
• Performance-oriented and persistent.
• Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills.
• IT skills: Excel, PPT, SF, Tableau, SAC, AI.

Responsabilidades

• Own assigned business fields within country/region aligned with Business Team.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; win new accounts.
• Achieve business targets set for the role.
• Identify new distribution channels in line with strategy.
• Provide technical advice and coordinate with technical team.
• Expand networking; participate in trade events and associations.
• Maintain documentation and forecasts in SF and iBP.
• Lead and support local distributors with regular contacts.
