Qualifications

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, insurance or related fields.
• Experience a minimum of 3 years in Life Insurance and/or Financial Institutions.
• Good Communication skills (verbal & written), Data Analysis, Interpersonal and Customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Sound product knowledge, policy servicing, regulatory and governance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the progress of initiatives/projects and implementation timeline.
• Support the team with daily administrative and regulatory related tasks of the department.
• Assist with monitoring of complaint handling for Policy Servicing Administration.
• Support with daily administrative tasks and department operations.
• Support with Quality Assurance tasks for Policy Servicing processing.
• Take accountability for business and regulatory compliance risks and mitigate them.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory trends and technology to safeguard the company.
