Job summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd seeks a PMO Analyst to support the efficient delivery of projects and programs. You will monitor performance, ensure adherence to methodologies, and provide insights to enable informed decisions within the PMO.

The role involves developing and maintaining PMO standards, preparing dashboards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. A strong analytical mindset and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PMO or project coordination experience.
• Experience in offshoring/transition management preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Monitor progress: schedule, budget, and scope; align with project plans.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support project managers in resource planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track actions to closure.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in PM systems and repositories.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation with version control.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless execution and communication.
