Job summary

DIGITAL BRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES in Malaysia is seeking a SAP HANA PMO Analyst/Executive to support successful delivery of SAP HANA projects with strong governance and data-driven decision making.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project plans, and produce executive dashboards, while ensuring risk management and alignment with strategic objectives in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years in project management, business analysis, or PMO support in enterprise IT.
• Proven experience with SAP HANA or SAP solutions in a project delivery context.
• Strong proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet and with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Summary: The SAP HANA – PMO Analyst/Executive plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of SAP HANA-related projects by ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, managing project timelines, and maintaining robust governance. This role is essential for driving project transparency, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the PMO. The individual will serve as a key liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, ensuring that project milestones are met, risks are proactively managed, and reporting is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for SAP HANA initiatives.
