Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of PMO or project coordination experience.
• Experience in offshoring/transition management preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain PMO methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Monitor progress: schedule, budget, and scope; align with project plans.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support project managers in resource planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track actions to closure.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in PM systems and repositories.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation with version control.

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Job Summary**

The PMO Analyst at UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd plays a critical role in supporting the efficient and effective delivery of projects and programs. This position involves monitoring project performance, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and providing insights to facilitate informed decision-making within the Project Management Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of project management methodologies, standards, and tools.
• Monitor and track project progress, including schedule, budget, and scope, ensuring alignment with project plans.
• Prepare and consolidate project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Support project managers in resource planning, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, document minutes, and track action items to closure.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within project management systems and repositories.
• Conduct analysis of project performance data to identify trends, deviations, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution and communication.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or project coordination role.
• Experience in shared service centre offshoring and transition management is preferable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
