Job summary

DIGITAL BRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES in Malaysia is seeking a SAP HANA PMO Analyst/Executive to support successful delivery of SAP HANA projects with strong governance and data-driven decision making.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project plans, and produce executive dashboards, while ensuring risk management and alignment with strategic objectives in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years in project management, business analysis, or PMO support in enterprise IT.
• Proven experience with SAP HANA or SAP solutions in a project delivery context.
• Strong proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet and with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables and KPIs for SAP HANA initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for leadership.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure PMO governance and documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to align outcomes with business goals.
• Coordinate change management and communications for SAP HANA implementations.
