Job summary

FORTUNE VALLEY SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on maintenance plumber to manage plumbing works for the hotel and its surroundings.

You will ensure a reliable water supply, oversee sewerage, and provide hot & cold water to guest rooms and facilities. The role includes maintaining drainage and hydraulic fixtures, plus suggesting cost-saving improvements. You will adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, report hazards, place supply orders via the Engineering Office, and perform other duties as

• Maintain adequate water supply
• Handle sewerage system
• Ensure hot & cold water to guest rooms/facilities
• Maintain hotel drainage system
• Maintain hydraulic fixtures
• Suggest improvements to reduce maintenance costs
• Comply with hotel policies and safety procedures
• Report maintenance problems and hazards
• Place orders for items via Engineering Office
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Job description

Handle all plumbing works for the Hotel and its surroundings which includes:-
-Maintaining adequate water supply
-Handling sewerage system
-Manages proper supply of hot & cold water to guest rooms/facilities
-Maintain the hotel’s drainage system
-Maintaining hydraulic fixtures in the property
Suggest improvements where possible to reduce maintenance costs.
Comply with hotel policies as well as safety and security procedures. Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents/injuries.
Placing order for items through the Engineering Office for job requirements.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
