Job summary

Renai Hotel Kota Bharu is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, rooms, and public areas. You will handle repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems, ensuring timely responses to guest and staff requests.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in a mechanical or electrical field and 2–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities (rooms, public areas, equipment, etc.).
