Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Sabah, Malaysia is looking for a dedicated individual to achieve sales targets and manage the sales team. • Achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
• Develop and coordinate expansion plan for growth.
• Coordinate collection activities for outstanding premiums.
• Service all existing SME customers.
• Cross sell all Bank/Group products.
• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions.
• Grow SME portfolio and assets via Program Lending.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable thresholds.

Responsibilities

• Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
• Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.
• In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level.
• Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch
• Cross sell all Bank/Group products
• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
• Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending
• Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services
• Grow SME deposits.
• Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
