Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking an SME sales professional to drive production targets for SME loans and to develop new business within the Selangor region. The role emphasizes retaining existing clients, expanding the SME portfolio, and cross-selling Bank products.

The candidate will assist in managing the sales team, coordinate expansion plans, and ensure asset quality while maintaining compliance with group policies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
• Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.
• In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level.
• Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch
• Cross sell all Bank/Group products
• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and/or existing PLM portfolio.
• Grow SME portfolio and asset through Program Lending
• Cross selling of the Bank and Group products and services
• Grow SME deposits.
• Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
