Job summary

AEON Fantasy is seeking an Event Executive to support playground development across its indoor brands in Kuala Lumpur. You will help plan and execute events for existing outlets, new openings and refurbishments, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will coordinate daily event operations, support mascot activities, manage decor and equipment, and liaise with mall management and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics and excellent customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of events for existing outlets, new store openings and store revamps per company standards.
• Coordinate daily event operations across AEON Fantasy Indoor Playground brands: Kidzooona, Wai Wai Park, KidsBox, Starkids, FANPEKKA, Kidzooona Safari.
• Carry out event setup and dismantling activities including decorations, equipment prep and venue arrangements per SOPs.
• Ensure adherence to event SOPs with focus on safety, customer service and operational excellence.
• Provide operational support during special events and peak periods including weekends and public holidays.
• Liaise with mall management, vendors and suppliers to coordinate event logistics, materials and service needs.
• Support mascot operations, including scheduling, preparation and on-site coordination during events.
• Manage event materials, decorations and equipment inventory including usage, storage, maintenance and tracking.
• Gather event data and customer feedback, and assist in preparing event performance and operational reports.
• Monitor event operations, identify issues proactively, and escalate concerns to the Event Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Assist with procurement activities including inventory ordering, purchase requisitions, POs and PV documentation.
• Perform any other duties and special assignments as directed by management or the holding company.
