Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver play-based activities aligned with organisational standards.
• Supervise and guide a team; provide direction and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding requirements.
• Monitor participant wellbeing, intervene for a safe environment.
• Maintain records of activities, attendance and progress as required.
• Communicate effectively with participants, parents, carers and staff.
• Set up play spaces and equipment; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Lead by example and promote continuous improvement in practice.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Report on programme outcomes and contribute to service enhancements.
