Job summary

Queue-it seeks a Platform Engineering Lead to build and guide a high-performing team focused on cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and SRE. You will partner with Product and Technology to drive scalable, resilient, cloud-based solutions aligned with business goals.

You will mentor engineers, translate strategy into actionable goals, and remove obstacles to deliver high-quality platform services. The role requires hands-on work across AWS, multi-clouds, and modern stacks including .NET

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SRE, Platform Eng, or DevOps.
• Hands-on across multi-cloud platforms with AWS mandatory.
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-availability services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineers across the full employee lifecycle.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable goals for your team.
• Ensure strong capabilities across platform engineering and reliability.
• Remove roadblocks to enable delivery of high-quality platform solutions.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech leadership to strengthen engineering effectiveness.
• Hands-on with AWS, multi-clouds, and modern tech stack (C#, Node.js, .NET).
