Job summary

Nadi Tech, part of the TNG Digital Group, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a team responsible for central databases, transactions, risk engine and finance capabilities. You will drive the product lifecycle, craft requirements, and align with UI/UX and BI teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in product management, 2+ years in payment channel integration, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

7-10 years of product management experience including customer understanding, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis.
At least 2 years of payment channel integration experience.
Solid understanding of the payments industry, schemes operations and multi-integrated network solutions (gateway and service providers).
Ability to work with offshore teams, multi-tasking and perform well under pressure.
Experience in UI/UX design is preferred.
Track record in leading business critical projects of large scope.

Responsibilities

Lead a product development team for central database, transactions, risk engine, and finance capabilities.
Manage product through the lifecycle, drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with teams to meet timelines.
Define and document product requirements, features, and functionality.
Collaborate with UI/UX/Content teams to create engaging user experiences.
Measure success with ROI, KPIs, and BI insights.
