TNG Digital Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Team Lead, Product to head the Payments domain and oversee online and offline payment capabilities. You will guide a development team, draft BRDs, prioritise features, and ensure delivery on schedule.

The role requires 7–10 years of product management, 2 years of payment channel integration, strong English communication, and the ability to work with offshore teams, UI/UX, and BI partners to drive ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of product management experience including customer understanding and pricing.
• At least 2 years of payment channel integration experience.
• Solid understanding of payments industry incl. networks, issuers, acquirers, and alternative channels.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams and multi-tasking under pressure.
• Experience in UED/UI design is preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Aufgaben

• Lead a product development team within the Payments domain for online & offline payments.
• Draft business requirements, prioritise features, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive ideas to grow sales, acquire customers, retain users, and build brand loyalty.
• Define and document product requirements, features, and functionality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX/Content teams for engaging experiences.
• Provide ROI analysis and KPIs with BI team to measure success.
• Coordinate with business professionals to align marketing and advertising strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define specs, milestones, and quality.
• Analyze payments industry and design solutions by market demand.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
