Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise technology, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in payment domains including payment gateways, POS systems, and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-performing software engineering teams.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical payment systems.
• Define and champion robust software architecture principles.

Skills

Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, Javascript, NodeJS, Python)

Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Strong background in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

Experience with payment processing systems and APIs

Understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
