Job summary

Experian Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior Director-level engineering leader to establish platform standards, improve developer experience, and boost engineering productivity across global teams. You will champion SDLC, CI/CD, and Cloud Native practices while guiding cross-functional execution.

In this role, you will partner with Infrastructure, Security, and AI squads to shape standards that drive adoption, measure outcomes with data, and continuously improve delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Platform/DevOps or related tech.
• Experience designing and scaling CI/CD platforms in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, IaC, developer tooling, and software supply chain security.
• Ability to influence teams and drive adoption across matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain CI/CD standards and reusable templates.
• Embed security, quality, compliance, and AI workflow integrations.
• Define cloud landing zone standards and IaC patterns.
• Set standards for toolchains like Jira, Confluence, and Artifactory.
• Measure delivery using DORA metrics and drive adoption.
