Job summary

HAO XIANG CHI SEAFOOD RESTAURANT GROUP S/B is seeking an experienced plantation manager to oversee all aspects of oil palm estate operations in Lojing, Kelantan. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to plan workflows and drive performance.

You will lead staff, communicate with head office, report regularly, and start immediately if possible. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, Knowledge of local dialects an added advantage.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.
• Superior leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skill.
