Candidates should have a Master’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferring those familiar with Lean and 6Sigma methodologies. This position requires strong leadership and coaching skills, alongside an ability to drive a culture of Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in engineering (or related field) with 6Sigma certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
Proven knowledge of TPM, Lean, and 6Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities
Leads and develops the Manufacturing Operating System - MOS.
Delivers results through engaged leadership and coaching.
Drives cost savings and efficiency improvement initiatives.
Acts as a linking pin with the Management Team for MOS implementation.
Monitors key performance indicators and operates daily performance meetings.
