Job summary

A leading manufacturing organization is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of the Manufacturing Operating System, focusing on safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You should have a Master's degree in engineering and experience with Lean and 6Sigma methodologies. The ideal candidate will drive a culture of engagement and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the plant, ensuring a structured approach to development and results.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering and 6Sigma certification (black belt).
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, and 6Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead output of Manufacturing Operating System and drive culture of engagement.
• Deliver excellent results through leadership and coaching.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators and continuous improvement initiatives.
