Job summary

A leading beverage company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to enhance plant operations and drive efficiency improvements. The role focuses on implementing the Manufacturing Operating System and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong knowledge of Lean and 6Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for driving plant capabilities and engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering (or related field) and certified with 6Sigma (black belt).
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
• Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment.

• Lead and role model the output of Manufacturing Operating System - MOS.
• Drive a culture of engagement and develop capabilities.
