Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Perak is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the Perak Plant operations for both Powder and Liquid lines, with roughly 250 employees under your leadership.

You will drive production targets, ensure food safety and quality through GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000, lead maintenance and continuous improvement, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, compliant factory operations.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in food manufacturing with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000/ ISO 22000 knowledge and applicable food safety systems.
• Proven experience managing production, maintenance, QA, warehouse and supply chain.
• Strong leadership, people management and cross-functional decision-making.
• Analytical, problem-solving and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and daily operations of the Perak Plant (Powder and Liquid) with ~250 employees.
• Ensure production targets, quality, food safety, cost efficiency and delivery requirements.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.

Requirements

Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000/ ISO 22000 and other applicable food safety and quality management system.

Proven experience in managing production, maintenance, quality assurance, warehouse, and supply chain operation.

Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in the beverage, aseptic processing, dairy, plant-based foods, or coconut related products is highly preferred.
