HOME PEANUT GARDEN FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Executive to lead our maintenance team and ensure smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment.

You will focus on preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with production, QA, and external contractors to minimise downtime and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing maintenance role with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, DOSH, DOE is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and control maintenance operations and safety.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance workforce to minimise downtime.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support for production activities.
• Identify corrective actions to ensure quality standards.
• Plan and manage spare parts inventory for critical parts.
• Source and implement new technology or upgrades for efficiency.
• Prepare and review maintenance schedules and daily performance.
• Analyze maintenance reports for management review.
• Ensure ISO, HACCP, DOSH, and DOE compliance for the plant.
• Maintain water treatment plant operations and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate with internal labs and DOE requirements.
• Liaise with government agencies on environmental, health, and safety matters.
